Minor Surgery
From £80 per appointment
All minor surgical procedures require an initial appointment to assess suitability before treatment. This is charged separately from the procedure itself.
Required before any minor surgical procedure can be booked.
From £280 per joint
Corticosteroid injection into an inflamed joint to reduce pain and swelling. Most commonly used for knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and small hand or foot joints. The steroid acts as a powerful local anti-inflammatory, reducing the immune response inside the joint that is causing pain. Effects typically last weeks to several months. Includes 1 follow-up appointment.
From £150 from
Safe clinical removal of skin tags and warts. Skin tags are common, soft, benign growths that hang from the skin, frequently appearing on the neck, armpits, eyelids, groin, and under the breasts. Warts are caused by HPV and most often appear on hands and feet. Both can cause discomfort, catch on clothing, or simply be cosmetically unwanted. We also remove other non-malignant skin lesions including moles, sebaceous cysts, seborrhoeic keratoses, and dermatofibromas where appropriate.
Price depends on number and complexity. An initial suitability appointment is required before treatment.
From £300 from
Surgical removal of a straightforward, superficial skin lesion under local anaesthetic. Simple lesions are those with well defined edges, limited depth, and no clinical suspicion of malignancy, for example, a small lipoma (fatty lump), a superficial sebaceous cyst, a clearly benign mole, or a small dermatofibroma. The wound is closed with sutures and heals cleanly in most cases.
An initial suitability appointment is required before treatment can be booked.
From £550 from
Surgical removal of a more involved skin lesion requiring greater precision, wider margins, or deeper dissection. Complex lesions include larger or deeper lipomas, cysts with signs of previous infection or inflammation, lesions close to sensitive structures (such as nerves or the face), or those requiring wider margins for histological analysis. Tissue is routinely sent for histology. Wound closure may require layered suturing or specialist technique.
An initial suitability appointment is required. Price varies with size and complexity.
Packages available
We do offer surgical packages, but pricing depends on follow-up requirements and the complexity of the procedure. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Sometimes you don't need a coach, you need someone who gets it. Our mentors aren't coaches, and the aims are quite different. It's less about strategy and more about having a genuine listening ear from someone who truly understands. Our mentors include people who are both neurotypical and neurodiverse, parents, partners, and spouses of neurodiverse individuals, many of whom have been involved in mentoring at a national level.
Our NAP-10 is included in every mentoring session. 10% discount available for NHS staff and students.

Neurodiversity Specific Assessments
£50 per access (6 months)
We got tired of seeing neurotypical personality and trait assessments being forced to fit the neurodiverse brain, because they simply don't work. So we built our own, developed in partnership with a national neurodiversity organisation. Based on the latest research, expert opinion, lived experience, and consensus, our pioneering NAP-10 gives a genuinely meaningful picture of how a neurodiverse mind works. We are currently in the process of publishing this assessment, as we believe it has the potential to meaningfully change how neurodiversity is understood and supported. Access includes up to 3 individual assessments and is valid for 6 months. Reports are fully downloadable and can be submitted to employers or educational establishments.
Included free with any neurodiversity coaching or mentoring session.
£50 per access (6 months)
Using the latest evidence base, expert opinion, and lived experience, the ABI-36 identifies patients who are at higher risk of burnout from ADHD. It aims to shed light on possible triggers and ways for them, and others around them, to provide support. It also illuminates the unique way the ADHD brain works, helping patients and those close to them better understand themselves and their needs.
Included free with the Adult ADHD Package.

Caffeine Tolerance & Weaning Support
Caffeine dependence is more common than people realise, and more impactful than people expect. Whether you find yourself unable to function without multiple coffees, or are experiencing headaches, anxiety, or disrupted sleep that you think might be caffeine related, we can help.
We offer a structured, evidence based approach to reducing caffeine intake gradually, minimising withdrawal symptoms and helping you understand what your body is really doing. We will also explore whether your caffeine use might be masking an underlying condition such as ADHD.
Caffeine support is typically addressed within a standard GP appointment. Priced from £100.
