Service model
More than a corporate GP service
Every organisation is different. Rather than offering a fixed package of services, we work with employers to build healthcare provision that fits their workforce, their pressures and the people within it.
This might include rapid GP appointments, on site or virtual clinics, annual flu vaccination campaigns, travel vaccinations, health screening, responsive occupational health advice, on call support for managers, medical documentation or neurodiversity support.
The service can be as focused as a single annual clinic or as broad as an ongoing healthcare partnership. If we can help, we will say exactly how. If we cannot, we will say that too.

Our specialist area: neurodiversity at work
Neurodiversity is increasingly recognised in the workplace, but many managers have never been shown what good support actually looks like. That is not usually a lack of will or care. It is often a lack of training, language and confidence.
We take a different stance from the average training package, and we are proud of that. Most neurodivergent people want to be challenged and pushed, not have excuses made for them. Most neurotypical people want to understand. We embrace both truths, so we do not shy away from difficult conversations.

First aid at work, mental health first aid, and event cover
Corporate healthcare is not only appointments. It is also the people who step in when something happens on site or at an event. We can train your staff and, where it is the right fit, put clinicians on the ground.
First aid at work training
Practical training for the colleagues you nominate as workplace first aiders. We discuss your sites, your risk, and the level of course you need before we confirm we can deliver it.
Mental health first aid
Training that helps people notice when a colleague is struggling, start a conversation that is useful, and know when to escalate. It sits well next to our neurodiversity work.
First aid cover at events
Cover for conferences, sports days, festivals, open days and other corporate events. Tell us the brief. We will tell you honestly whether we can staff it.
Workplace healthcare services we can build around your workforce
Your provision can include some or all of these. You do not have to buy a bundle that you will not use.
Same day GP for staff
Thirty minute private GP appointments for employees, online across the UK or in person in Norwich. Rapid access to everyday healthcare helps people get advice early, recover sooner and stay well at work.
Neurodiversity screening and assessment
We specialise in neurodiversity. We can provide screening, assessment, clinical advice and follow up support for employees and managers, so uncertainty turns into practical next steps.
First aid at work training
Workplace first aid training for your nominated staff, so the people on site know what to do before help arrives. We shape the course around your sites, risk profile and headcount.
Mental health first aid
Training that helps colleagues spot distress early, start a useful conversation, and know when to escalate. Practical, not theatrical, and designed for real workplaces.
First aid cover at events
Clinical cover for conferences, sports days, festivals, open days and corporate events. You get people who can actually treat, not a first aid box left in a corner.
Workplace winter health clinics
Fully managed flu vaccination programmes, with optional COVID vaccination where appropriate and available. We handle sites, staff flow, equipment, clinicians, logistics and emergency readiness.
Business travel health
Advice, vaccinations and malaria prevention for staff travelling for work. Useful for companies with regular overseas trips who do not want people booking this ad hoc.
Responsive occupational health
Pre employment medicals, fitness to work advice, responsive occupational health input and practical documentation when a manager or employee needs a clear route forward.
Health MOTs and wellbeing access
Structured health reviews, weight management support and ongoing GP access as an employee benefit. You decide how wide that offer runs.
Manager and team support
We help managers and employees understand different working styles, hold better conversations and keep appropriate expectations in place. Supportive does not mean unchallenging.
Work letters and reports
Fit notes, workplace letters, and medical reports when they are clinically appropriate. Staff remain the patient. Clinical detail is not shared with HR without consent.
Neurodiversity learning with Not Built For Small Talk
Through our partnership, staff and managers can access straight talking online courses that explore the strengths and friction of different thinking styles, without asking one group to carry all the change.
See also our private GP, ADHD assessment and neurodiversity coaching pages. We will only include a service when we can deliver it well.
Nationwide by design
We are based in Norwich. The employer service is built for companies across the UK. Online care covers multi site and remote teams. In person clinic work is in Norwich. Home visits cover Norfolk and Suffolk. Training and event cover can travel to your venue when we can staff it.
Online, UK wide
GP appointments, neurodiversity assessments, coaching and most employer support run online. That is how we work with multi site and nationwide teams.
In person in Norwich
Clinic appointments, some training, and services that need to be face to face are delivered from our Norwich base.
On site and at events
First aid training, flu campaigns and event first aid cover can be arranged at your sites or venues, subject to staffing and a clear brief.
The benefits of offering staff healthcare
Fast, practical care is good for people. It is also good for the running of a company.
A healthier workforce performs better
When people can get sensible healthcare advice quickly, problems are dealt with earlier. That can mean fewer avoidable absences, better energy at work and less time lost navigating healthcare alone.
Safer sites and safer events
Trained first aiders at work, mental health first aiders in the team, and proper clinical cover when you run an event. That is operational risk handled, not a policy on a shelf.
A flu programme that actually happens
We take ownership of the annual campaign. On site vaccination makes uptake easier, reduces admin and can help lower avoidable winter sickness disruption.
Neurodiversity as shared understanding
Better screening, assessment and manager training can turn confusion into practical support. Teams become more transparent, more resilient and better able to use different strengths.
Care that fits how you work
Online appointments cover hybrid and multi site teams across the UK. In person care is available in Norwich, with home visits across Norfolk and Suffolk where needed.
A service shaped to the company
Headcount, locations, working patterns and the health issues your people actually face all shape the service. Nothing is bolted on later as a surprise.
The business case is practical, not grandiose.
UK employers cannot remove every absence or every wait. What they can do is give people a clearer route to the right kind of help, earlier.
That means less time spent navigating disconnected services, more confident managers, and a workforce that is supported before problems become harder to manage.

Better managed
This does not promise zero sickness or instant performance gains. It is a professional healthcare route that helps employees seek advice sooner, gives managers better clinical context, and reduces avoidable friction in a UK workplace.
We will always be upfront about what we can and cannot offer
If we are not the right service for your company, we would rather tell you now than promise something we cannot honour. That is how we work with individual patients, and it is how we work with employers too.

Whether we are the right service for you
We are a good fit for companies that want fast GP access, first aid training, event cover, a managed flu campaign, expedited neurodiversity assessments, and manager support. We are not the right fit if you need a full statutory occupational health service or a large standing on site clinical team. If that is you, we will say so.

Simple to start. Clear to run.
No mysterious process. You tell us what is going on, what you think you need, or what you are unsure about. We have an honest discussion, then say clearly whether we think we are the right fit.
01
Start with your reality
Every company is different. Budget, workforce demographics, working environment, sites and risk all shape what good healthcare support should look like.
02
No one size fits all package
Fixed packages often mean paying for things you do not need, or missing things you do. We build around the problem, not around a menu.
03
An honest conversation
You might know exactly what you want, or only know something is not working. We can talk through staff issues, company pressures and sensitive topics without false promises.
04
We tell you if we fit
If we think we are the right service, we will say how. If we are not, we will say that too. We do not shy away from an honest no.
Built for the company
Headcount, UK sites, training days, events and the support your people actually need all shape the service.
A named clinical team
Staff deal with BGM Medical, not a call centre. The same practice that treats private patients treats your people.
Confidential by default
Each staff member is a patient. You may receive agreed reports. You will not receive clinical notes without consent.
