Online (primary)
The vast majority of our GP appointments are held online via secure video call. This is convenient, fast, and suitable for the vast majority of conditions. You can join from home, work, or wherever you are.

Some assessments require physical examination. We have clinic facilities in Norwich for in person appointments. We also offer home visits within Norfolk and Suffolk.

Conditions we see
When online isn't right
Some conditions are not suitable for online assessment. We will always be upfront. If that becomes clear during your assessment, there is no charge. We will then help you find the right pathway.
- Active chest pain or suspected heart attack
- Stroke symptoms
- Severe breathing difficulties
- Major trauma or acute surgical emergencies
- Complex specialist conditions requiring in person examination

Specific services
Chronic Pain
We can help with pain relief optimisation for chronic pain conditions, reviewing your current regimen and exploring all available options. We are not a specialist pain clinic, so if your pain is particularly complex we may need to refer you on. We will always be honest about this.
Contraception
We offer contraceptive consultations with Dr Gwyn, who has a particular interest in women's health. We can discuss all your options, including long acting reversible contraception (LARC), and provide prescriptions.
Treatment for headaches and neck muscle tension
Administered by Dr Gwyn, therapeutic treatment for chronic migraines and tension type headaches. Please contact us to discuss whether this might be suitable for you.
Referrals
If you need onward referral to a specialist, we will discuss your options, NHS and private, and help you navigate the pathway that makes most sense for your situation.
Risk assessment for micronutrient deficiency
We can assess your risk of vitamin and micronutrient deficiencies and advise on optimisation. This is increasingly recognised as important for energy, mood, immunity and overall health.
Medical & Fitness Assessments
We can offer medical fitness certificates for various purposes, but some need to be done in person. Please let us know what type of assessment you need and we will discuss whether we can help and in what format.
