ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodiversity are common. Many capable people spend years masking at work. That costs the person energy, and it costs the company sickness, attrition, and unused talent.

When assessment is slow, managers are left guessing. When assessment is fast and the workplace is then supported, teams become more open and more functional.

• Same day private GP appointments for staff
• Expedited ADHD and neurodiversity assessments, typically within one week of request
• First aid at work training, mental health first aid, and first aid cover at events
• Coaching and mentoring for the staff member

Online appointments cover every UK site. In person care is in Norwich. Home visits cover Norfolk and Suffolk. Training and event cover can be arranged at your venues when we can staff it.

Support for managers and staff

Assessment alone is not the finish line. We help the person understand their profile, and we help managers lead well. The aim is a team that understands both neurotypical and neurodivergent thinking, not a brief that says only one group must change.

That is how you get stronger, more functional, more open teams. It is a human outcome and a business one.

What we will not do

We are upfront. We are not a full occupational health department. We will not share clinical notes with HR without consent. We will not take a contract we cannot honour. If another provider is a better fit, we will say so.
