What first aid at work training is

First aid at work training prepares nominated staff to act before professional help arrives. It covers the practical skills a workplace actually needs: assessing a scene, calling for help, treating common injuries, and staying useful until an ambulance is there.

We shape the course around your sites, your risk and your headcount. A warehouse is not the same as an office. A multi site company is not the same as a single studio. We will be upfront about format and any accreditation you need before we confirm we can deliver it.

What mental health first aid is

Mental health first aid helps colleagues notice distress early, start a conversation that is useful, and know when to escalate.

It sits naturally next to our neurodiversity work. People in crisis are not always neurodivergent, and neurodivergent people are not always in crisis. The skill is the same. See the person. Do not panic. Get the right help.

This is not a therapy qualification and it does not replace clinical care. It gives the team a first response that is calmer and more competent.

First aid cover at events

Companies run conferences, sports days, festivals, open days and client events. Those days need cover that can actually treat, not a high vis jacket with no plan.

We can provide first aid cover at events as part of an employer arrangement. Tell us the venue, expected numbers, and risk. We will say clearly whether we can staff it. If we cannot, we will say so rather than send someone underqualified.
